Third generation Chicagoan and recovering interior designer, Barbara turned her creative energy from planning thoughtful rooms to penning her debut, Burned: A Hidden Son, A Sicilian Oath of Silence. Family, furniture, food, and the city that defines her form the love language that spills into her writing. A degree in French and Art History primed her for all things beautiful and delicious.
